In my role, I support the HR function with all aspects of recruitment and employee life cycle administration. This includes contributing to strategic and project-based work. I take ownership of the yearly recruitment plan, working closely with managers to execute it effectively. Additionally, I oversee the onboarding process for each new employee, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
I also focus on employee engagement, working to create a positive and motivating environment. By fostering strong relationships and encouraging open communication, I help ensure that our employees feel valued and connected to the company’s goals.
