As the manager of the finance function, I focus on improving our financial operations and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
I lead a team to ensure optimal processing of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and all taxes. We work together to maintain efficiency and accuracy in all financial transactions.
I also develop strong relationships with our external accounts, providing them with accurate and timely information. Additionally, I establish management accounting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and producing monthly management accounts. My goal is to ensure our financial health and support the growth of our business.
