ONLY Flemington Apartments is a striking new residential tower, with racing-lovers’ dream views over the famous Flemington racecourse!

AQURON 2000 was applied to the car park ramp for penetrating concrete waterproofing. This ensures increased durability and lower maintenance costs long-term.

The treatment is part of the INFRA-TECT system, featuring permanent anti-dust benefits, and protection for the reinforcing steel from soluble contamination that happens with moisture moving through the concrete.
