At the completion of this £50m project, MARKHAM was pleased to apply AQURON 2000 colloidal silica hydrogel treatment to the surface of the underground car park to improve abrasion resistance, and minimise surface dusting and protect against the ingress of road salts.

This treatment is a key part of the INFRA-TECT system, increasing concrete durability and extending infrastructure service life.
