111 Mary Street Car Park

In 2014, MARKHAM protected 40,000m² of concrete surfaces in the basement car park at 111 Mary St Brisbane. This site was further developed as a hotel, retail and commercial precinct.

MARKHAM’s INFRA-TECT system is tailored to the project’s needs – and is supplied and applied accordingly, followed by a project-specific warranty.

This system is for increasing concrete durability, such as in the Mary Street Car Park, or hardstands for longer service life, or data centres where the risk of concrete dusting can result in damage.
