AQURON 1000 – Spray-on internal concrete curing and sealing, anti-dust hardening and durability.
AQURON 1000 is a spray-applied colloidal silica hydrogel concrete sealer to increase durability for new and existing concrete.
AQURON 1000 concrete sealer is our most popular concrete sealer for exposed concrete floor slabs. AQURON 1000 provides enhanced concrete curing and permanent porosity sealing. Its deep penetrating hardening provides excellent long-term durability under load and traffic stresses.
This treatment enhances the service life of concrete floors in factories, warehouses and data centres. It plays a key role in substrate preparation for the sheen of retail floors.
AQURON 1000 is licenced to use the ECNZ envirolabel, which is recognized by GBCA and NZGBC.

- Meets the moisture retention requirements of AS3799.

Concrete Hardening & Anti-Dusting
- Chaplin abrasion tests show a clear reduction on the total of wear (approximately 40% less abrasion) in AQURON 1000 treated concrete. Lasts longer in harsh conditions.
- Adhesion dust tests show a significant reduction in surface loss (approximately 30% less) in AQURON 1000 treated concrete.
- Permanent protection of the surface and concrete to provide anti-dusting and an easy-care concrete surface.

- Sealing – Up to 0.75mm width – shows improvement on the control. Protect all the concrete with one treatment.
