Shrinkage cracking and joint sealant failure led to the Service Yard at Tesco Extra, Fareham leaking, causing corrosion and paint delamination on the supporting steel work.
Tesco Facilities Maintenance selected AQURON 7000 colloidal silica hydrogel treatment to waterproof the concrete slab.
Additional crack repair and joint sealant works were also carried out to provide a complete package of waterproofing works for this project.
