As the Chief Operating Officer, I am accountable to the Directors for the strategic goal-setting, planning, and execution of our strategic plan and budget across all relevant departments. My responsibilities include developing the team, fostering a positive culture, and monitoring key metrics to ensure alignment with our objectives.
I directly lead and manage the Operations, Design, Purchasing, and Administration teams, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Additionally, I work closely with HR and Compliance to ensure adherence to all standards and regulations.
